When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number, ZIP code, and — depending on the form — your email address, the service you need, how urgent it is, and any message you write.

Our website host also records standard technical information with every visit, such as your IP address, browser and the pages you opened. That is ordinary server logging, and we use it to keep the site working and secure.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell personal information.

To answer you. A form submission is a request for a quote or a call back, and we use what you sent to respond to it, schedule work, and keep a record of the job.

We do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. We will not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.

The companies that run this site for us: our website host, and the service that delivers form submissions to our inbox. They process the information on our instructions and for no other purpose.

The service area map on this site is an image from Google Maps. To show it, your browser asks Google for it, and Google receives your IP address and the address of this website, as it does for any Google Maps image. Google's privacy policy covers that: policies.google.com/privacy.

The chat window on this site is run by LeadConnector. When it loads, your browser connects to LeadConnector, which receives your IP address and the page you are on, and it may store a small amount of information in your browser to keep a conversation going. If you use the chat, what you type in it, including your name, phone number or email, goes to LeadConnector, which passes it to us. They process it on our instructions.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your enquiry or your appointment. Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
