It depends on the tree, so we price each job after a free look. The main factors are the tree's size, how close it is to the house or wires, how easy it is to reach, and whether you want the stump ground too.
Only if you ask for it. Stump grinding is included when you request it and it's listed in the scope of work on your estimate.
Branches are chipped and cleaned up with the rest of the job. If you'd like the logs or the chips left behind, say so at the estimate: customers have had logs split and stacked, and chips left for their gardens.
It depends on your town and where the tree stands. Around here, most rules cover street trees, the ones in or along the public right-of-way, and larger clearing on wooded lots. Your borough or township office can tell you what applies to yours.
